Person Centred Counselling allows you to express your thoughts and feelings so that  you see things more clearly. This leads to more understanding and lets you make better choices about your life. Sometimes it is easier to talk to someone other than your family and friends.

I don't tell you what you should do,  judge, argue or lecture.

This style of counselling works well for:

Stress, Bereavement, Relationships, Life Decisions, Depression

But it doesn't matter if you don't have a "label" to put on how you feel.

Counselling can be the opportunity to reveal hidden secrets without fear of what others might think.Under the BACP* guidelines everything within a counselling session is strictly between you and I.
